Experiential Fabrication In Minnesota
Since 1985, Evergreen Creative has been the Twin Cities' fabrication partner for experiential marketing, building the brand activations, pop-up builds, and interactive installations behind Minnesota's best campaigns. We work in wood, metal, foam, acrylic, fabric, and finished laminates, building everything from large-scale photo moments and interactive display stations to touring activation components and festival structures. If your agency or brand team designs it, we build it.
Minnesota is home to a deep concentration of nationally active brands, from 3M and Polaris to Cargill, General Mills, Sleep Number, and Ecolab, many of whom run major experiential campaigns year-round. We understand the pace, the stakes, and the standard the Twin Cities experiential market demands. Our Roseville shop is close enough for site visits and production check-ins throughout the build.

FAQ | Experiential Fabrication Services in Minnesota
-
Experiential marketing fabrication is the physical build side of a brand activation or experiential campaign. The agency or brand team develops the concept, strategy, and creative direction, and from there Evergreen Creative can design, build, and install it.
We turn renderings, design files, and concepts into real structures, interactive installations, and branded environments that exist in the physical world and perform under live event conditions.
-
Of course! We work as a dedicated fabrication partner for Twin Cities clients: you bring the concept and the client relationship, we bring the build. We fit into your workflow as a fabrication-only partner executing your designs, or as a design-build shop if you need engineering and shop drawing support as well.
-
We fabricate pop-up experiences, branded event structures, large-scale photo moments, interactive display stations, product showcase platforms, die walls, dimensional signage, festival and outdoor event structures, mobile touring components, and full branded environments. If it's a physical element of a brand activation or experiential marketing campaign, we build it!
-
Yes. We support experiential builds throughout Minneapolis, St. Paul, surrounding Twin Cities, and regional event sites, arenas, convention centers, campuses, and outdoor venues statewide. Our shop's proximity to the metro means fast production timelines, easy in-person check-ins, and same-day problem-solving when it matters.
-
Tight timelines are standard in experiential work and our process is built for them. We scope clearly and quickly, plan materials in parallel with design development, build modularly where possible, and engineer for simplified on-site execution (fewer parts, faster assembly, smoother resets.)
We're direct about what's achievable and we don't overpromise on timeline any more than we do on quality.
-
Every experiential build we fabricate is engineered for real event conditions, and not just the render. That means reinforced touchpoints, scuff-resistant finishes, stable structures under crowd load, and throughput planning so the experience stays functional when lines form and volume spikes. A build that looks great on day one and fails by noon isn't an acceptable outcome.
-
We can! Touring builds are a significant part of our experiential work. We design for breakdown, transport, and repeatable assembly: modular sections, labeled components, protective case packing, and durable finishes that hold up across multiple stops. We coordinate logistics and provide install support at tour destinations across the U.S., so your activation performs identically in Minneapolis as it does in New York.
-
Yes. Our install team handles delivery, site coordination, and on-site setup for events across the Twin Cities and greater Minnesota. Specific locations include the Minneapolis Convention Center, Target Center, U.S. Bank Stadium, the Minnesota State Fair, and regional venues statewide. We stay through opening to confirm everything performs as built before we hand it off to your team.
-
Yes. We fabricate the physical structure and build to integrate or support technology like lighting housings, power routing, AV mounting points, touchscreen enclosures, and service access panels. We collaborate with your AV and tech partners to ensure the physical build and the technology work together seamlessly from day one.
