Overview
When Polaris sought to highlight the engineering behind their off-road performance vehicles, they turned to Evergreen Creative to build immersive and technically precise displays for a high-impact trade show environment. These displays were designed not just to showcase the final product, but to communicate the innovation beneath the surface — from drivetrain systems and clutches to cooling systems and suspension engineering.
Fabrication Scope
Our fabrication team engineered a series of live component cutaways and static displays to align with Polaris' core messaging around durability, performance, and technical superiority. Key elements included:
Full-scale RZR Cutaway Chassis: We exposed the internal mechanics of a Polaris RZR model to spotlight drivetrain layout, engine performance, and suspension geometry. Accompanying placards and angled mounts clearly labeled each performance feature — from "Bigger Turbo" and "Cooling Recovery" to drivetrain durability metrics like “8X Longer Axle Life.”
Component Display Tables: We fabricated durable display boards that cleanly presented clutch assemblies, drive systems, and belt tech with explanatory placards. These stations helped Polaris communicate the technical evolution of their PRO-PVT clutch system in a hands-on, approachable format.
Custom Graphics & Framing: Evergreen Creative also built custom curved framing and signage integration for larger wall displays. These structures featured infographics that visualized key specs like horsepower (181 HP), belt life, turning radius, and cockpit dimensions — reinforcing Polaris' performance claims with technical credibility.
Outcome
The final trade show installation offered visitors a rare behind-the-scenes view of Polaris engineering. The hybrid approach — blending physical components with clean educational signage and branded structures — allowed Polaris to own their space at the event with confidence. The layout fostered exploration, technical learning, and brand loyalty all at once.
