Mascot Vehicle Fabrication, Custom Sculpting & Mobile Brand Activation
Evergreen Creative partnered with the University of Arkansas to build a one-of-a-kind mascot vehicle: a fully driveable Razorback hog. Dubbed the “Razorbug,” this sculptural showpiece was designed to energize game days, campus tours, recruiting events, and community appearances—serving as a high-visibility ambassador for the Razorbacks.
Using an old D.A.R.E. car as the base vehicle, our team reimagined its entire exterior form through custom foam sculpting, fiberglass reinforcement, and precision airbrushing. The result was a functional, road-ready creation that brought the Razorback spirit to life with unmistakable flair.
Key fabrication components included:
Full Vehicle Sculpting & Foam Carving
The Razorback shape—including snout, tusks, legs, tail, and signature mohawk—was sculpted from high-density foam and bonded seamlessly to the vehicle exterior.Fiberglass Reinforcement & Automotive Integration
All sculpted features were reinforced with durable fiberglass and integrated directly onto the body of the car, ensuring driveability and long-term durability for travel and transport.Airbrushed Detail & Mascot Paintwork
Custom airbrushing added depth and dimension to the sculpted form, from snout shading to muscle contours, using school colors and stylized black accents for added energy.Fully Functional Drive System
Despite the extensive body modifications, the vehicle remained fully operational, allowing it to serve as a mobile centerpiece for campus events and game-day rallies across the region.
Evergreen Creative handled every aspect of the transformation—from structural sculpting and material engineering to fine-tuned painting and final road testing. This original Razorbug became an instant fan favorite and brand icon for the University of Arkansas.
While a new version of the Razorbug has since been created by another studio to reflect modern vehicle models, our original build set the standard—establishing the Razorbug as a beloved, street-legal embodiment of school pride.
