Project Overview
As part of a bold and playful interior buildout led by Shea Design, Evergreen Creative was brought on to fabricate a standout art piece for the main dining area at Flour & Barley in Las Vegas.
Our scope: build a large-scale American flag entirely from baseball bats and hand-lettered baseballs. The final piece features alternating wood-tone bats forming the flag’s stripes, with each bat carefully finished to create visual rhythm and texture. For the stars-and-stripes quadrant, we fabricated a stitched faux leather field embedded with dozens of custom baseballs—each representing a U.S. state with stylized script labeling.
From concept to completion, the installation was built to draw the eye and ignite conversation. Mounted on an exposed brick wall above a deep red banquette, the flag adds an unmistakable sense of Americana and personality to the space, serving as both décor and storytelling device.
