Eloise Bar Die Wall — Curved, Level, Built to Last

Evergreen Creative fabricated and installed the long, radius die wall that anchors the main bar at Eloise. While the guest-facing finish is a patterned wallcovering (applied by others), the performance comes from the structure underneath—engineered to hold a true curve, keep the bar top dead-level, and stand up to daily hospitality use.

Key components included:

  • Curved Substructure with CNC-Cut Ribs
Laminated radius ribs were CNC-cut for repeatable geometry and tied into continuous rails, creating a smooth, consistent curve from end to end without flat spots or “faceting.”

  • Level-True Support for the Bar Top
Integrated ledgers and blocking provide a flat, continuous bearing surface for the stone/solid-surface top, preventing sags, dips, or “smiles” over time.

  • Field Fit on an Existing Slab
A scribed base and shim strategy reconciled floor irregularities while maintaining a perfectly straight visual plinth and a level top line along the full run.

  • Service Access & Utilities Coordination
Framing was laid out around plumbing and electrical with removable panels at high-service zones, so maintenance can happen without disturbing finishes.

  • Impact-Resistant Skirt & Kick Details
High-wear areas received dense substrate and reinforced corners; the recessed toe space protects the finish from foot traffic and bar stools.

  • Clean Finish Interface
Tight tolerances at terminations—returns, reveals, and the stone edge—ensure the wallpaper (by others) reads crisp and doesn’t telegraph fasteners or framing.

The result is a refined centerpiece that pairs classic styling with commercial-grade durability. By investing in a rigid, serviceable substructure, the visible finish stays pristine and the bar functions flawlessly—proof that the engineering you don’t see is what makes hospitality interiors last.
